Your Dual Role Includes:
As Director of Rehabilitation:
Supervise and lead the rehab team, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulations.
Oversee therapy operations, documentation audits, and maintain high patient care standards.
Develop and implement innovative therapy programs.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):
Provide high-quality speech therapy services to help patients regain communication and swallowing functions.
Evaluate patients and gather data for individualized treatment planning.
Develop and implement targeted exercises with short-term and long-term goals.
Educate patients, families, and staff on speech-language procedures to enhance daily communication and swallowing abilities.
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience.
At least 1 year of leadership or management experience in a rehab setting OR experience as a clinical operations point person for 1 year.
