Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab in Millersburg, PA, is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation who will also actively provide occupational therapy services. Your Dual Role Includes:

As Director of Rehabilitation:

Lead and supervise therapy staff, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulations.
Oversee therapy operations, documentation audits, and maintain high patient care standards.
Develop and implement innovative patient programs.

As an Occupational Therapist/OTA:

Implement individualized treatment plans and deliver hands-on occupational therapy services.
Work with the rehab team to develop patient-centered therapy programs.
Evaluate residents, set therapy goals, and monitor progress.
Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapy techniques to improve daily function.

Qualifications:

Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) with required state licensure.
Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience.
At least 1 year of leadership or management experience in a rehab setting OR experience as a clinical operations point person for 1 year.
