Litigation Paralegal - Boca Raton, FL
Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their Florida office, requiring 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Litigation Department, including organizing and maintaining court materials, drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and preparing correspondence, memoranda, discovery materials, and other communications with minimal supervision. The paralegal will also manage docketing, track matter dates and deadlines, and assist with deposition, hearing, motion, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities include assisting with the paper and electronic discovery process, identifying relevant electronically stored information (ESI), issuing legal hold notices, and coordinating with clients to preserve and collect relevant sources of ESI and paper discovery. The paralegal will also assist in processing, reviewing, and coding ESI.
Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience with electronic filing (E-Filing portal) and Pacer required; experience with NYSCEF/ECF is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Relativity is highly preferred; knowledge of iManage is a plus.
