Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join itsgrowing
Construction Litigation Practice Group in
Orlando . This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated litigator to work on complex construction disputes, contract administration issues, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Candidate Profile: - JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Florida.
- 4+ years of substantive experience in construction litigation .
- Experience handling payment disputes, design and defect claims, and contract administration matters .
- Strong background in alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration proceedings .
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills with a proactive and strategic approach.
Key Responsibilities: - Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including risk management , claims analysis , and dispute resolution .
- Handle all phases of litigation , including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation.
- Advise clients on contract negotiation , procurement , and regulatory compliance related to large-scale infrastructure and development projects .
- Work closely with developers , contractors , owners , and insurers on construction-related legal issues.
- Manage multiple cases with asolutions-oriented approach and ensure high-quality client service.
