Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join a highly ranked Labor & Employment practice at a leading national law firm in Philadelphia .
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a Chambers-ranked practice group known for handling complex employment litigation . The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in employment litigation and administrative agency matters .
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling employment litigation in state and federal courts
• Representing clients before administrative agencies
• Providing counsel on labor and employment matters , including compliance and risk management
• Collaborating across offices in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience
• Pennsylvania bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver top-quality work
• Collaborative and client-focused mindset
