Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking a talented and dedicated Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic and well-established team! We are a leading architectural firm in the area , committed to innovative design and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Creating and developing architectural designs for various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget and timeline.
2. Utilizing Revit to produce high-quality construction drawings and 3D models.
3. Ensuring all designs adhere to the latest building codes and regulations.
4. Collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
5. Developing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
6. Reviewing and overseeing the production of construction documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
7. Applying sustainable design principles to projects, striving for LEED certification when possible.
8. Participating in all phases of the project, from conceptual design to construction administration.
9. Continually updating knowledge on the latest architectural design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master's degree will be a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design and project management.
3. A licensed Architect, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations (preferred).
4. Proficient in Revit and other design software.
5. LEED AP certification or a strong understanding of sustainable design principles (preferred)
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
