Job Details We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and highly talented Architectural Project Manager to join our well-established and growing team! This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual who's interested in being responsible for leading and managing the entire life-cycle of projects, from initial concept design to final completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading the architectural design process, from concept development through construction administration, for a diverse range of commercial and multifamily projects.
2. Collaborating with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
3. Oversee the production of high-quality construction drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
4. Manage the construction administration phase of projects
5. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scope of work. Ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met in accordance with project objectives.
6. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the project remains within financial constraints.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Architecture
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on commercial or multifamily projects.
3. Proven experience in managing construction administration.
4. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
5. Experience in all phases of the design process, from concept development to final completion.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate with various stakeholders.
7. Licensure is required
