Position: Paraprofessional / Aide

Qualifications:
•Must have demonstrated proficiency either through college coursework (60 credit hours) or Workkeys test to be highly qualified for the classroom
•Knowledge of Autism and Behavior Management preferred
•Exhibit patience and willingness to work with children
•Exhibit emotional stability and physical stamina necessary for meeting the requirements of the position
•Clear criminal and professional background check
Responsibilities:
•Provide small group assistance in all academic "core" subjects
•Work effectively under the immediate direction of a regular classroom teacher
•Maintain confidentiality of information regarding all students
•Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
•Strategically plan with teachers lessons that will meet the individual needs of students
Salary: $15.00 per hour
