Job Responsibilities The South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy (Academy), General Counsel Unit is currently seeking a part-time attorney/instructor to perform the following job functions.
- Provide instruction of legal principles to students in Basic Law Enforcement, Basic Detention, and Limited Duty classes.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned by the chief general counsel.
Minimum and Additional Requirements - Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and
- Active member of the SC Bar
Preferred Qualifications Although not required, we prefer that the candidates also have the following qualifications.
- Instructional experience
- Trial experience
