This is a high end 5 star hotel so we are looking for similar experience..

• Excellent management skills required
• the ability to change directions easily
• Expediting and  plating experience required
• The ability to jump on the line at a moments notice
• Ability to pick up the menu quickly

This position will go through April but has a strong career path projection.
This is an international hotel chain.
