Requirements
• BLS through AHA only
• 2 Year of experience as an RN Patient Care Manager or RN Hospice Supervisor
• Active Indiana RN State License
• HCHB EMR Experience Required
• Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
