What We’re Looking For in You:
• Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa with a valid license in good standing
• A passion for nursing leadership and supporting your team to provide excellent care
• Current, valid CPR certification
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations (a plus but not required!)
• A desire to grow, learn, and make a lasting impact
