We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). As ADON, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing aspects of nursing operations within our skilled nursing facility as assigned by the experienced Director of Nursing. What it takes to become an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with Care Initiatives:
• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws preferred.
• A desire to learn and grow with our team.
