Job Description
Job title: Community Association Paralegal – Fort Lauderdale, FL
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Arrangement: In-office (first 90 days), then Hybrid (3 days per week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $70K - $75K per year

The Community Association Paralegal will provide legal administrative support in preparing notices, amendments, and governing document provisions for homeowner and property owner associations. This role involves processing audit letters, managing document rewrites, handling special assessments, mortgage questionnaires, and maintaining Marketable Record Title Act (MRTA) logs. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in community association laws, title searches, and condominium documents.

Requirements:

10+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies (Bachelor’s preferred).
Expertise in community association laws and governing documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-discovery platforms (Summation preferred).
