The Role: Sales Executive Director
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive, and results-driven Sales Executive Director to lead our sales team, drive revenue, and oversee P&L responsibilities for our business development operations. This role requires a "lead by example" mindset, where execution and measurable success speak louder than words. The ideal candidate is someone who closes deals personally while also building, mentoring, and managing a high-performance sales team.
This role requires a strategic, open-minded leader who understands how to structure and negotiate deals, drive the right sales activities, and motivate a multicultural team, including close collaboration with our Medellín office.
Key Responsibilities:
Personally close at least two new client deals per month, demonstrating leadership through action.
Develop and execute a high-performance sales strategy aligned with ttg’s growth objectives.
Build, mentor, and lead a top-tier sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Oversee P&L management, ensuring profitability, cost efficiency, and strategic allocation of resources.
Structure, negotiate, and execute deals that drive sustainable business growth.
Foster strong client relationships by acting as a trusted partner and consultant.
Ensure consistent sales activity, including client visits, reference checks, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with operational goals.
Leverage technology and analytics to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in business development and sales within the staffing or professional services industry.
A hands-on, execution-driven leader who delivers results and motivates teams through action.
Track record of personal sales success, consistently closing new business.
Experience managing P&L, driving revenue, and optimizing profitability.
Ability to structure and negotiate deals effectively.
Strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Multicultural experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams (Medellín office).
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and other sales tracking tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive six-figure base salary plus uncapped commissions.
