Chemo Cert Required.
Experience Required:
2 yrs Oncology MS exp. with travel or 3 yrs Oncology MS exp. with no travel req.
Must live at least 100 miles from facility
Required:
TN License or Compact License
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
Chemo Cert Required.
