Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for the office. Answer phone calls and forward to appropriate staff. Greet and seat clients for advisor meetings.
- Make confirmation calls to guests attending educational events.
- Coordinate the educational event supplies.
- Perform data entry into Salesforce.
- Generate confirmation packages for new prospects regarding their in-office advisor appointments.
- Order office supplies and printed materials and visit satellite offices to restock.
- Manage incoming and outgoing UPS, regular mail, and electronic mail to clients.
- Other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional office environment.
- A team player that must be flexible, enthusiastic, and possess an energetic personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and team-oriented organization.
- Ability to work with others to create a world-class client experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license necessary.
This is an in-office position based in Needham, MA.
