Our client is a healthcare company. They seek a Chief Financial Officer to join their Toms River, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
• Work with the executive team to establish long-term financial plans and annual budgets
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables as well as management budgets
• Analyze financial data and make recommendations to improve financial performance
• Track budget variances, identifying areas of concern and recommending corrective actions
• Complete financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights
• Liaise with key stakeholders across the agency to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Healthcare industry background required
• Familiar with multi-facility healthcare preferred
• Strong managerial/leadership experience
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
