We're hiring a Production Services Leader to support Fixed Income trading applications in a fast-paced Capital Markets environment. You’ll lead a global team (US, Canada, UK) providing 24x7 application support, focusing on incident management, problem resolution, and ensuring system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the regional lead for New York, handling escalations and ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with traders, development teams, and IT risk to maintain and improve trading systems.
• Hands-on support for tools like ION and Bloomberg TOMS, plus leveraging Linux, SQL, and scripting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Capital Markets experience, especially in Fixed Income (FX, Derivatives, Commodities).
• Experience with incident management (ITIL), Control-M , ServiceNow , and monitoring tools like Geneos.
• A mix of technical skills (Linux, scripting) and leadership abilities .
