Job Description:

1. Strong technical background with Java, Spring MVC 4 Framework, Hibernate.
2. Should have played a Technical Lead role involving such technologies.
3. Should have implemented at least two such solutions utilizing the technologies.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Java, Spring MVC 4 Framework, Hibernate.

Generic Managerial Skills:

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, hand-hold offshore team deliverables, stand-up a line with offshore team members.
