Base pay range

$49,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr

7+ Years of experience in a technical network engineering role & 5+ Years in Aruba platform is mandatory.

Required Skills

  1. Advanced understanding in configuring and troubleshooting Routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS and BGP
  2. Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues in Cisco & Aruba platform
  3. Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting wireless network and WAP
  4. Understanding of Gateway redundancy protocols like HSRP, VRRP, GLBP
  5. Complete understanding of routers, switches, firewall, WAP such as Cisco, Aruba, HP etc
  6. Understanding GRE, IPsec, site to site VPN, DMVPN
  7. Understanding and troubleshooting LAN, wireless issues, WLC, IOS upgrade on routers and switches
  8. Understanding and troubleshooting MPLS, Frame Relay
  9. Exposure in Load balancer platform like F5
  10. Exposure in IP reservation & DNS tools- Infoblox
  11. Exposure in Traffic optimization such as Riverbed
  12. Hands on experience on network monitoring tools like ITSM Remedy, Service Now etc.
  13. Experience in Circuit testing required
  14. Ticket SLAs and KPIs are achieved
  15. All records relating to Service Requests, Incidents, Problems and Knowledge Management are completed accurately and within agreed timeframe
  16. Ready to work in 24*7 environment

Education & Experience:

  1. CCNA, ACMA or ACMP & F5 Certification (Any one preferable)
  2. ITIL Foundation V3
  3. 7+ Years of experience in a technical network engineering role, 5+ Years in Aruba platform is mandatory.
  4. Specialized in supporting different makes of network devices Cisco, Aruba, HP etc

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
