This is a full-deal-cycle role covering sourcing, execution, and portfolio management , providing the opportunity to work on high-growth and mature technology transactions. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of technology investing experience , a strong deal track record, and a deep understanding of the software and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Sourcing – Proactively identify and evaluate technology and software investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence & Execution – Lead financial modeling, valuation, and diligence processes from initial assessment to deal close.
• Transaction Structuring – Negotiate key deal terms, capital structures, and investment strategies.
• Portfolio Management – Support value creation initiatives, board interactions, and strategic decision-making for portfolio companies.
• Market & Industry Research – Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform investment theses.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years of private equity, growth equity, or principal investing experience with a focus on technology and software .
• Skillset: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and transaction execution capabilities.
• Network: Established relationships within the tech ecosystem, including founders, VCs, and advisors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA a plus.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office role).
