About the Role: As a key player in our team, you’ll be a driving force in hitting sales targets for Aerospace, Defense, and Test & Measurement products in your territory—specifically covering the New England region and Canada . Your mission? Building relationships, providing expert advice, and selling cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs in your territory.
  2. Develop sales strategies with the Sales Manager and Business Development.
  3. Build relationships with existing and new customers.
  4. Regularly traveling to meet customers throughout your territory.
  5. Independently drive territory goals while working from a home office.
  6. Collaborate with Inside Sales and Application Engineering teams.
  7. Prepare price quotes and proposals, and maintain CRM data.
  8. Participate in trade shows and product demos.
  9. Provide technical presentations to customers.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/aerospace engineering or applied physics, plus 10+ years in technical sales.
  2. Aerospace market knowledge preferred.
  3. Experience in sensor or signal conditioning/DAQ sales.
  4. Strong technical understanding of sensors, electronics, and software.
  5. Ability to develop sales strategies and build customer networks.
  6. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. US Citizenship and ability to lift 50 pounds and travel 50% of the time.
