About the Role: As a key player in our team, you’ll be a driving force in hitting sales targets for Aerospace, Defense, and Test & Measurement products in your territory—specifically covering the New England region and Canada . Your mission? Building relationships, providing expert advice, and selling cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs in your territory.
  • Develop sales strategies with the Sales Manager and Business Development.
  • Build relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Regularly traveling to meet customers throughout your territory.
  • Independently drive territory goals while working from a home office.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Application Engineering teams.
  • Prepare price quotes and proposals, and maintain CRM data.
  • Participate in trade shows and product demos.
  • Provide technical presentations to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/aerospace engineering or applied physics, plus 10+ years in technical sales.
  • Aerospace market knowledge preferred.
  • Experience in sensor or signal conditioning/DAQ sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of sensors, electronics, and software.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and build customer networks.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • US Citizenship and ability to lift 50 pounds and travel 50% of the time.
