Position Overview:

We're looking for a Delivery Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee project execution and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful project outcomes, meeting both deadlines and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

1. Partner with Solution Directors and Account Management during the pre-sales process, contributing to solution approaches, budgeting, and timelines.
2. Build and lead high-performing project teams, collaborating with the talent team to recruit and vet top talent.
3. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
4. Identify and mitigate risks while proactively addressing roadblocks.

Client Relationship Management:

1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
2. Monitor client satisfaction through CSAT scores and address concerns proactively.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Service Quality and Continuous Improvement:

1. Conduct business reviews for assigned accounts.
2. Provide milestone and burn reports to clients while working with Finance and Account Management to ensure timely invoicing.
3. Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement in service processes.
4. Identify opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.

Additional duties may include:

1. Maintain comprehensive service delivery documentation.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate for a Delivery Manager role will possess the following skills and qualifications:

1. Overall, 7+ years in the industry, including 3+ years of technical expertise in software development, and 5+ years of project leadership or management experience.
2. Proven experience in solution delivery or project management.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Technical background to participate in solution discussions and building teams.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
8. Understanding of KPI(s) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $110,000- $130,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid holidays, open paid time off, four weeks paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, mobile phone reimbursement, and wellness reimbursement.
