What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and monitor client-assigned tasks and deliverables according to the ADP implementation project plan
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with the client team and ADP project manager
- Assist the client with translating current labor categories into the WFM Business Structure
- Support client testing setups to ensure proper functionality and access before go-live
- Provide customized training for employees, managers, and practitioners based on the organization's WFM setup
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Workforce Manager
- Experience with UKG Dimensions
- Ability to work part-time hours aligned with the client's East Coast schedule
- Strong project management skills with a focus on client collaboration
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in project-based consulting roles
- Familiarity with ADP implementation projects
- Knowledge of labor rules and pay policies relevant to business structure design
