IT Help Desk Specialist
Our client is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and excellent customer service to internal employees. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with IT-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of technology systems.

This role is onsite in Portland, Oregon.

IT Help Desk Specialist Responsibilities

1. Provide IT support to internal employees both remotely and in person.
2. Assist with password resets in Active Directory.
3. Enroll and support mobile devices using DUO authentication.
4. Install and configure software on Windows and Mac devices.
5. Support users with mobile device issues, including iPhones and iPads.
6. Troubleshoot common IT issues such as audio/microphone problems, failed software installations, and VPN connectivity.
7. Direct users to the IT Service Portal for additional resources and self-service options.

IT Help Desk Specialist Qualifications

1. Knowledge and experience with IT service desk operations.
2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist users professionally and efficiently.
3. Ability to follow established IT procedures and troubleshooting protocols.
4. At least one year of experience in an IT support role.

Compensation: $20-$25/hr. (DOE)
