The ideal candidate will be a qualified licensed architect in Miami who can construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD or Revit. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all project approval, management, and completion steps and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of project.
• Utilize engineering, math, science, and materials knowledge to create the ideal finished product.
• Submit plans to the relevant agencies in Miami.
• Receive Approval for the project in Miami from all relevant agencies.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
• Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• License to work as an architect in Miami
• 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

Optional

• General Contractor License in Florida state
• Willing to obtain a General Contractor License in Florida state
