Head of Technology Operations

Location: Hybrid – New York City

Salary: $230,000 – $250,000 + Bonus Eligible

Harnham is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Technology Operations for an innovative, high-performing organization in the education sector. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive vision and strategic roadmap for Technology Operations.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships for tools and services within the technology support ecosystem.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
• Establish and improve processes that enhance service delivery and efficiency for both hardware and software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including data and analytics, information security, and project management, to ensure seamless technology integration and support.
• Foster strong user relationships across all departments, providing responsive, proactive, and reliable technology support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in senior technology management roles.
• Proven leadership in managing technology help desks, device management, and systems administration.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
