IT Support Administrator (Level 2) – Onsite
Our client is seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Administrator to join their dynamic team for a long-term contract opportunity . - Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $26-34/hour + benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Provide Level 2 support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across accounts, devices, and enterprise applications.
- Administer and support Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, and Azure, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Manage endpoint devices through Intune, enforcing security policies and configurations.
- Handle ticketing requests efficiently, maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to a smooth IT support process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
What Gets You the Job:
- 3-5 years of experience in Level 2 IT support, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
- Proficiency in Intune administration and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk experience is a plus) and ability to manage high-volume support requests.
- Strong documentation skills and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring a seamless and supportive IT experience.
