Requirements

Position Summary

The Manager, Information Technology reports to the Group CIO and will lead and oversee all aspects of the company's IT operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and will ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of IT systems while leading a team of IT professionals. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and management skills to follow innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and support the company's growth. This summary provides a high-level overview and does not encompass all responsibilities of the role.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Project Planning: Apply and implement the company's and group's IT strategy and roadmap to support organizational goals and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure with Group support, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems with advanced knowledge of Cisco networks and VM environments.
  • Cybersecurity: Ensure the security and integrity of company data and IT systems. Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols and policies to mitigate risks with Group CISO support, following existing policies and procedures.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and investments in technology.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage key IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with other departments to ensure technology initiatives align with business needs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the company receives high-quality support, services, and products at competitive prices.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure the organization adheres to relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements. Manage audits and internal assessments as required.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for adopting new tools and systems that can enhance operational efficiency and productivity with Group support.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues and provide escalated support when necessary. Ensure that IT support teams respond to issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred and or equivalent years of experience.
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in information technology, NetSuite software experience, administering, implementing, and customizing business processes in the NetSuite ERP in physical security, technology, manufacturing, or enterprise B2B industries preferred.
  • 7+ years of management experience leading an information technology team.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as networking, databases, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and systems management.
  • Experience with budget management, project planning, and resource allocation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technology trends.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite ORACLE ERP and SFDC CRM.
  • Experience with roles, permissions, forms, advanced PDFs, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with XML systems and third-party integration tools a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite's Advanced Revenue Management a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle's NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication across diverse teams, time zones, and cultures.
  • Willingness to work across departments, geographies, and hierarchies to drive success.
  • Focused on achieving goals, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable impact.

Your base salary is a critical component of our comprehensive compensation package, designed to reflect your skills, experience, and performance. We provide a structured salary range that allows for growth and advancement as you progress in your role. Our compensation philosophy ensures that your contributions are recognized and rewarded, promoting both your professional development and personal well-being.

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000 (includes a 20% variable)
