Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and providing a world-class customer experience to all customers by ensuring the center’s consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment
- 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (Preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
- Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
