Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Position Overview:

The Microsoft Power Applications Analyst will design, develop, and maintain solutions using PowerApps, Power BI, PowerShell, and Azure technologies. The role involves collaborating with teams to build automated workflows, custom applications, and interactive dashboards while integrating with Azure and Entra ID for security and efficiency. The Analyst will work on multiple projects aligned with business goals and be proficient in:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build custom applications using PowerApps to meet business needs.
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for data insights.
  • Develop and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems.
  • Extend solutions with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
  • Manage authentication and security via Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in Power Platform and Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Stay updated on new tools and features within Power Platform and Azure to drive innovation.
  • Participate in software implementation, upgrades, and testing for compatibility.
  • Support software requests and maintain documentation.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience building apps with PowerApps.
  • Skilled in Power BI dashboard creation and data modeling.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Familiar with Azure services for extending business solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) for managing security and permissions.
  • Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
  • Familiar with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and common Power Platform data sources.
  • Understanding of APIs and integration techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to be available off-hours for server monitoring.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) and Azure (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104) a plus.
  • Prior experience in IT admin or support with a focus on Azure and Power Platform.
