Legal Assistant – Yaser Ali Law

In this role, you’ll work directly with me and our new healthcare law attorney, providing critical administrative and client support. If you have a proactive mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring 3+ years of law firm experience—preferably in estate planning—we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for potential and current clients, answering inquiries and explaining our services with professionalism and clarity.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for attorneys.
- Utilize our tech stack—including Lawmatics, Airtable, LawPay, and other tools—to streamline client onboarding and administrative workflows.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, including estate planning and healthcare-related materials.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Assist with case management and preparation of documents for signing, filing, or court submission (if applicable).
Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting, with estate planning experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, legal practice management software, and other tech tools.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
