My client is a Financial Services firm that offers a welcoming, fast paced, and friendly environment.

This is an Human Capital Management Coordinator opportunity to be involved with the Recruitment process from start to finish. You will assist with interview scheduling, sending out confirmations emails and assessments, managing candidate data, etc.

Opportunity to be involved with various projects based on the business needs. Those projects can range from campus recruiting, HR data management, compensation, learning & development, employee relations, etc.

Onsite 3 days per week in Chicago, IL.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree

6 months - 2 years of HR/TA experience
