Position Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their President and Chief People Officer. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of administrative experience, with a proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. This role will involve coordinating both domestic and international travel, ensuring smooth scheduling, meetings, and project assistance. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining organizational efficiency while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex executive schedules and calendars.
- Facilitate meetings and events with attention to detail.
- Organize and plan domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Develop and implement best practices for administrative processes.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with key projects, including research and other administrative support.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of administrative experience, preferably as an Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage stress and interact with various personalities.
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong judgment and adaptability, with a history of providing effective support to executives.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
