LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced legal administrative assistant who has a passion for estate planning. We have an exciting new opening in Naples, FL at a wonderful law firm.
Experience Required: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to attorneys in the Corporate Trust & Estates Group.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, mail, and document preparation.
- Familiarity with filing procedures and court documentation.
- Process new client files and maintain current ones.
- Enter daily timekeeping and prepare expense reports
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent office work experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Trust & Estates documents.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
