What You'll Do
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Manage billing, insurance certifications, and subcontracting paperwork.
- Process full-cycle payroll on a biweekly basis.
- Handle HR administrative functions, compliance, and employee support.
- Lead and support a team of five administrative professionals.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Office Management experience with a strong ability to streamline operations.
- Background in Construction, Landscaping, HVAC, or related industries preferred.
- Experience processing payroll with a keen eye for accuracy and deadlines.
- Knowledge of progress billing, insurance certifications, and subcontractor paperwork is a plus.
