PROJECT SUMMERY

- This contractor will be supporting the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loans.

- Physically recording wet signatures, scanning & uploading packets of signed legal documents to retention system

- Partner with up to 14 different law firms/ legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads

- Will ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy

TOP SKILLS

- Legal administration/ support experience

- Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader

- User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note

- Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX

- Working knowledge of legal civil procedures

SOFT SKILLS

- Must be highly organized

- Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly)

- Partnership skills - ability to work with Q/A team

EXPERIENCE

- 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred

- Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful
