An established food-related manufacturing company in San Clemente is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic Assistant. This individual is to assist the Maintenance Mechanics with minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and generally keep the equipment running. This position reports to the Maintenance Mechanic Lead.This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The hours are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
