Resource Development Manager @ Akkodis | Strategic Recruiting Expert

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $62-75/hr

LOCATION DETAILS:

• Fully remote

TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Write and troubleshoot complex financial reports, resolve discrepancies in encumbrances and available funds, and ensure financial workflows function smoothly.
• Define and configure financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Tax Management.
• Align system architecture with financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance requirements.
• Assist customers in customizing financial dashboards for budget tracking, encumbrance monitoring, and expense approvals using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI.
• Troubleshoot ticketing issues around payroll or build reports that require coding.
• Must have Senior level experience in Oracle Cloud System Development.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials development.
• Expertise in writing complex reports, working with APTP (Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Procurement) tables, developing dashboards, and troubleshooting advanced technical and functional issues.
• Hands-on experience with PaaS services in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, APTP table structures, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for functional and technical finance-related issues.
• Ability to write and debug code to resolve complex financial module problems.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Decent communication skills, with a focus on technical abilities and proactivity in tackling projects.
