Title: Escrow Support Processor

Location: Irvine, CA (with occasional travel to Corona, CA ~10%)

Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2

This role primarily supports branches by handling escrow openings and closings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

? 1-2 years of escrow processing experience

? Strong understanding of escrow procedures and compliance regulations

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clerical support functions

? Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent time management skills
