Join a dynamic legal team as a Litigation Secretary specializing in labor, employment, and business litigation . We're looking for a detail-oriented legal professional with 5+ years of experience to handle court filings, legal research, and case management across state, federal, and appellate courts, including Class Action cases .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation calendars and deadlines
- Draft, edit, and format court documents, motions, and correspondence
- Handle e-filing for state, federal, and appellate cases
- Conduct legal research and organize case files
- Provide administrative support and maintain records
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, class action experience preferred
- Over 5 years of California litigation experience
- Extensive docketing experience - must have done own docket
- Tech-savvy with Office 365 & iManage or other similar case management software
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
