Office Manager - Mandarin Required

Temp to Hire, W-2

Onsite in Plano, TX

Pay: $23-$28 an hour

Our Electronics Manufacturing Client is seeking a skilled office manager to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of the office. This person must be fluent English and Mandarin.

Duties:

* Event Excellence: Plan and execute exceptional internal events for customers, VIPs, and guests, including arranging hotel accommodations, shuttle services, and catering . Create memorable experiences that reflect our company's brand and values.

* Guest Hospitality: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Arrange all guest needs.

* Office Operations & Efficiency: Maintain optimal office supply inventory , proactively conducting price comparisons to ensure cost-effective procurement. Manage the company's electric vehicle (EV) fleet, tracking usage and ensuring vehicles are in top operational condition. Answer and direct phone calls and emails with professionalism.

* Corporate Housing Management: Coordinate corporate apartment arrangements for expatriate employees, ensuring a comfortable and seamless transition. Maintain accurate records of condo occupancy and manage related invoices through the MRO system.

* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support , including generating reports, managing vendor contracts, and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

* High school diploma required, associates/bachelor's degree preferred

* Must be fluent English and Mandarin

* Proficiency in MS Office (advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Outlook)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports , assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks

* Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks

* Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees

* Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees

* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

* A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
