Commercial Escrow Assistant

Location: Seattle, WA 98101 - Fully Onsite

Job Schedule: M-F 8a-5p Fully onsite

Pay Rate Range: $28.67/hr. - $30.77/hr.

Contract Position: 6 Month Contract

Job Description:

Provides escrow services for commercial transactions. Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.
