Executive Assistant – Boston, MA
Our client is seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is part of a collaborative team assisting executive leadership and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Details:
- Onsite, Monday-Friday
- Competitive compensation: $100k+ based on experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 4-5 years of executive-level support experience (C-suite preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Coordinate complex schedules, including internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Assist in coordinating company-wide initiatives, projects, and special assignments
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of executive leadership
- Monitor and anticipate executive needs to ensure seamless daily operations
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to enhance team efficiency
