Applied AI Engineer – Intelligent Agent Systems

We are looking for an experienced Applied AI Engineer to help us build intelligent agents and automation tools powered by large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4. In this role, you will apply cutting-edge AI technologies to create practical, high-impact products, including voice AI agents, task automation systems, and retrieval-augmented assistants.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using frameworks like Langchain, Autogen, and CrewAI
• Integrate LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems into production workflows
• Develop AI-powered tools that interact with APIs, databases, CRMs, and external systems
• Prototype and deploy applied AI use cases across industries, enhancing both internal tools and customer-facing products
• Work closely with product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges

Required Skills:

• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama)
• Strong Python skills, with experience in API development and integration
• Familiarity with Langchain, Autogen, or similar frameworks for building AI agents
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS)

Bonus Skills:

• Computer Science degree from top CS School, 3.9+ GPA
• Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs)
• Familiarity with frontend development tools (React, Streamlit) for building user interfaces
• Experience integrating AI with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Zapier)
