Job Title: Executive Assistant


Location: Downtown Macon, GA (Hybrid work opportunities available after onboarding)


Job Type: Full-Time


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive project, documentation, communication, and administrative support across our client's Information Technology, Compliance, and Risk Management departments. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in healthcare information technology, compliance, and risk management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to compliance and risk management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support senior leadership.
  • Conduct independent research on products, processes, and industry trends to support decision-making.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve and streamline internal workflows.
  • Perform basic data science and statistical analysis to assess processes, support compliance investigations, and contribute to risk management activities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between executives and internal teams.
  • Support educational and advocacy initiatives in collaboration with senior executives.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Interest in healthcare information technology, compliance, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience or willingness to learn basic data science and statistical analysis techniques.
