Job Overview

One of our leading legal clients are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Engineer to support and maintain enterprise-wide applications such as document management, timekeeping, billing systems, and litigation support tools. The role will lead software updates, troubleshoot issues, perform system integrations, and ensure seamless operation of critical applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Application Management: Monitor the health and performance of enterprise applications, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve Help Desk tickets, perform problem management, and escalate issues to vendors when necessary.
  • Software Testing & Updates: Lead the testing of new software and updates, creating and maintaining test environments, and managing testing procedures.
  • Project Leadership: Act as Project Lead for enterprise application updates, collaborating with team members and vendors to meet deadlines.
  • Environment Maintenance: Manage the production environment for enterprise applications, including server specifications, client software packaging, and customizations.
  • Vendor Management: Interface with vendors regarding software issues, bug fixes, and version updates.
  • Mentorship: Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and team development.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing enterprise applications, ideally within a law firm setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Server, iManage, SCCM, and load balancing.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange.
  • Familiarity with VMware, cloud technologies, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Expertise in application packaging, software integrations, and troubleshooting across diverse environments.
