The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all data-related tasks. This role requires strong customer support skills, team player, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.

Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour (based on 40 hour week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm

Responsibilities of the Inventory Control Specialist

• Track inventory levels, service schedules, and asset locations with precision.
• Open, update, and resolve system access requests efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.
• Coordinate replenishment, maintenance, and restocking activities.
• Use Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other tools to track stock usage and performance metrics.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and strong de-escalation skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to distribute information and ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and manage regular data-driven reports for stakeholders.
• Occasionally assist in the cleanroom for hands-on support.

Requirements of the Inventory Control Specialist

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of inventory/project management systems is a big plus like SAP, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Customer-focused with a personable approach, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and adapts to changing needs.
